THE FRENCHES FARM MANAGEMENT COMPANY AGM
Due to the unexpected but great news that the lifting of all COVID restrictions is planned for 21st June 2021, the directors have taken the pleasing decision to convene a face to face meeting

Wednesday 4th August 2021
at the Community Centre Sheepsetting Lane
at 7.30pm
Should the restrictions not be lifted by the proposed date we will revert to the postal plan.
Any items shareholders wish to be included for consideration for the agenda should be sent to the directors by Monday 26th July2021

There will be no further notification of the above meeting therefore we urge you to put the date in your diary.
The company website is currently being upgraded to improve communication and circulation of information, so, for those who have access to the internet, please do check regularly for the latest updates, and make use of the additional features.
For those who do not have access, information will be sent to you in the usual way.
The maintenance payment for the 2021/22 will remain at £110.00 and invoices will be sent at the end of March either by email or post.
